Overview

All Hard Mode products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference changes
  • Accidental orders

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect (wrong design, size, or product sent)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Refunds (If Applicable)

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent at no cost
    OR
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please contact your local carrier first.
  • Hard Mode is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

However, contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order is already in production or shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
